General terms
These terms govern your agreement with Casinostugan. Read them carefully before you play. By registering an account you accept the terms.

1. Account and eligibility
To play you must be at least 18, be located in Sweden and register an account in your own name. One account per person is allowed. You are responsible for keeping your details correct and protecting your login credentials.
2. Identity and age verification (KYC)
We verify your age and identity before the account is opened and before your first real-money game, in accordance with anti-money-laundering law. We may request supporting documents and pause the account until verification is complete.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
- Deposits and withdrawals are made with the payment methods listed on the site, in Swedish kronor (SEK).
- Withdrawals are primarily paid back to the same method used for deposit.
- We may withhold a withdrawal until required verification is completed.
- Prohibited or non-permitted payment methods are not accepted.
4. Game rules, RTP and randomness (RNG)
The rules for each game are available within the game. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Return to player (RTP) is stated where applicable.
5. Errors, malfunctions and interrupted games
In case of obvious error or malfunction, the affected games and winnings are void (malfunction voids all pays and plays). On interruption or lost connection, the game is completed or reset according to the game rules and our procedures.
6. Bonuses and promotions
In Sweden only one welcome offer is provided per player, on the first occasion. A bonus is granted under published terms with wagering requirements and does not apply to players who have self-excluded via Spelpaus. We reserve the right to deny or revoke a bonus in case of error, fraud or abuse. See Promotions for current terms.
7. Responsible gambling and self-exclusion
You must set deposit, time and loss limits before you play. You can self-exclude via Spelpaus.se. We apply a duty of care and may take action on signs of problem gambling. See Responsible gambling.
8. Suspension, restriction and closure
We may restrict or suspend an account on suspicion of fraud, collusion, abuse or breach of the terms. You can close your account at any time. Dormant accounts are handled according to our procedures.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses beyond our control, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Dispute resolution, applicable law and jurisdiction
Swedish law applies. Complaints are handled under our complaints process. You can turn to Spelinspektionen for supervisory matters and to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) as a consumer.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update the terms. Material changes are announced in advance. Your use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
