How to file a complaint
First contact our support at support@casinostugan.co. Describe the matter as clearly as you can — ideally with date, time and any reference numbers. It helps us investigate faster.
Handling
We acknowledge your case and get back to you with a decision as soon as we can. If a case requires further investigation, we inform you of the expected timeframe.

- Personal data/privacy: The Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY (imy.se).
- As a consumer: The National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN (arn.se).
