If you are unhappy we want to know. Here we describe how to file a complaint and how to escalate if we cannot reach a solution.

How to file a complaint

First contact our support at support@casinostugan.co. Describe the matter as clearly as you can — ideally with date, time and any reference numbers. It helps us investigate faster.

Handling

We acknowledge your case and get back to you with a decision as soon as we can. If a case requires further investigation, we inform you of the expected timeframe.

If you are not satisfied — escalation

  • Gambling supervision: contact Spelinspektionen (spelinspektionen.se).
  • Personal data/privacy: The Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY (imy.se).
  • As a consumer: The National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN (arn.se).
